Yes! There are no age limits on the device you can protect with DeviceGuard. Additionally, there are no restrictions on the brand of the device or the wireless carrier you use. 

The SmartPhone Plan protects a single smartphone, however you can add another smartphone onto your plan for only $10 more. Add up to five phones total per plan. 

The SmartHome Plan protects common IoT devices like Ring doorbells, smart speakers, thermostats, etc. You can see the full list of covered devices on the SmartHome Protection Plan page of this website.

The HomeTech Plan covers a huge range of household electronic devices, from laptops to TVs to gaming consoles. You can see the full list of covered devices on the HomeTech Protection Plan page of this website. 

There are two costs associated with DeviceGuard. The first cost is your protection plan, which is a flat monthly fee—this cost depends on which plan you choose. The second cost is your service fee, which is a flat rate that you pay to have your device repaired or replaced. For smartphones, the service fee is $50. For home electronics and smart home devices, the service fee is $75.

Coverage begins 31 days after enrollment, at which time you can file your first claim.

Claims Process:

With the Smartphone Protection Plan, you can make two claims per year. With the HomeTech and SmartHome Protection Plans, there is no limit to the number of claims you can make, and the max coverage is $2,500 per device or $5,000 per year.
