File a claim, get a resolution


The claims process is simple and straightforward. Here’s how to get your issue resolved quickly.

If one of your devices breaks in any way, we’ll get it repaired or replaced right away. Here’s how it works.

Step 1: Get technical help

If your device (smartphone, TV, digital doorbell) malfunctions, we may be able to help over the phone. Call our team of technical experts 24/7 at 800-923-9341 and we’ll try to guide you toward a solution on the spot. 

If our tech experts can’t fix your device through troubleshooting, it’s time to submit a claim.

Step 2: File a claim

If the troubleshooting didn’t work or your device is physically damaged, then you’ll file a claim. You can file a claim over the phone (Monday – Friday 8AM – 5PM Eastern Time) or on our website at any time. Our team will then review your claim. 

Note that you can track the status of your claim at any time via our website

Step 3: Replace, repair, or refund

Once your claim is approved, our team will begin fulfillment.*

If a replacement is needed, we’ll arrange for a new device to be delivered to you. 

If repair is possible, our team will either: 

  • Guide you to the closest approved repair shop
  • Provide mailing instructions for you to ship the device out for repair 
  • For larger in-home devices, we’ll send a technician directly to your home

If a refund is best, we’ll cut you a check. 

*Note: If the item is within the manufacturer’s warranty, the customer will be transferred to the manufacturer. Replacement value up to the amount of the Limit of Liability.
