If your device is indeed smashed or unable to be fixed over the phone by our team of tech experts, then you’ll file a claim. You can file a claim over the phone (M-F 8AM-5PM) or on our website anytime. We’ll review your claim for approval.
Once your claim is approved, our team will begin fulfillment.*
If a replacement is needed, we’ll arrange for a new device to be delivered to you.
